CAN I USE THIS PIC AS A REFERENCE FOR A PLAY I'LL DO???

I am making a teather play where a big wise old and enchanted tree, speaks with a dragon and tells stories...

me and my group have to build up a huge tree (2x2 meters base - 4 meters tall) with... I don't know how that material is called in english... that white stuff that covers cd-players when you buy one... anyway! Can I use this pic as a reference???
